This coffee features notes of caramel, toffee, stone fruit, and red apple.
We've paired "What Good's the Medicine?" with a Washed process coffee from Guatemala. We are especially excited about this coffee because it comes from the woman-owned farm Santa Cecilia. Farm manager and owner Aurora Josephina Villatoro pushed back against the institutional sexism of the production industry and prevailed with higher-quality coffee crops year after year.
